A concierge health and high-performance coach dedicated to helping women achieve high performance as they shift from feeling exhausted and overwhelmed to energized and efficient

The heart of what I do focuses on advocating for women and their right to have emboldened dreams as they lead their lives feeling whole and accomplished. As an overachiever turned high-performer, it took me years to figure this out.  I have an insider’s perspective on how my clients feel.  In fact, it's the fuel behind my approach today.

The past 16 years of my life have been beyond rewarding.  I’ve supported women through some of the most exciting, challenging, and sobering moments they could ever imagine.  Because of this, I'm inspired to continue to help them discover their true potential as they lead lives filled with health, happiness, meaning, and purpose.

I’m a rebel who stopped living by the “Rules of Success” established by society and others.

I have no regrets. I wake up grateful every single day!  Perhaps, it's because I married my middle school crush, solid proof that I was an overachiever from a young age.  Our love story is real and my two incredible boys fill my heart with pure joy and warmth.  Today, I marvel at the fact that I get to help women become more than their careers, titles, or expected roles.  I am proof that you can become anything you desire.

From the time I was a child, I vividly remember having the ability to connect with people on an energetic level. I knew when they were happy, sad, needed support, or love. For some reason, I naturally provided them with what they were missing.  I always had a solution to their needs.  I believe this gift is my superpower.

I felt a calling at a young age but I was not sure what that would look like.   It’s no surprise my work involved helping and supporting others.  When I was 16, I became a mom.  More proof that I was an overachiever.  Of course, my family was disappointed, but supportive nonetheless.  I was blessed and loved.

Eventually, I decided to become an obstetrician-gynecologist. I absolutely loved being able to develop relationships with women and their families.  I loved performing surgery, the adrenaline rush of being called to deliver a baby, but most importantly; I loved being a part of their support system!  My life consisted of 70-90 hour work weeks. I was exhausted, undernourished, unhealthy, and felt trapped.

In my pursuit to heal myself, I hired a high-performance coach. She had such a profound impact on my life that I became a Certified High-Performance Coach™ as well.  I became enamored with the idea that I could create such an impact on someone else too! As I continued to work on my own health and wellness, I was introduced to The Institute for Functional Medicine.

It was there that I found a piece of medicine that had been missing for me and my patients.  My medical training and my lifestyle had always worked under the premise of treating symptoms and disease after they had developed. In Functional Medicine, the focus was on optimizing lifestyle to prevent symptoms and disease from happening in the first place!

It became difficult to practice medicine, the way I knew I needed to, in the traditional environment. I  knew that in order to help women reach an optimal state of health and wellness, the plan had to include mind, body, and connection - a woman as a whole.  Without all three components, we will never feel well and will always feel like something is missing.  That discovery has led me here today.
